Riverview

Went to Riverview church today. Worship made me feel like im back in New Crea. The message i reveived was to think before you act. That before making a decision, to think of the consequences of that action 5yrs down the road. To not waste time doing things that do not interest you. That perhaps a period of 'hardship' becomes worthwhile in the long run towards achieving long term goals. That sometimes after we've received so much, we should give as well. Like Hotel Rawanda, that we should not just keep the pool of water for ourselves but to share it with those beyond the borders of the hotel. To hold a heart of forgiveness - purging the hatred which is poison in your veins. Holding hatred within your heart is self-inflicted torture. And i think childishness. Look back too much and you'll turn into a pillar of salt. Look ahead: John 10:10 - my current verse on the wall. Abundance of life - amen!! Lord....i want a car....my car!!! I know why im not given one- i drive terribly and park horrendously...but i'll improve with practise!! A Beemer be gd! I think this church might be better for me - i should move out of my comfort zone and just give it a shot.
