A Loris Morning

A slow start to a Sunday i decided to take. Had a leisurely breaky at Macs. Joe gave me free McMuffin vouchers and i havent had time the entire week to claim them except today coz there wasnt much of a choice - it expires today. Yanto was saying over Joe's shoulder "Angie doesnt eat junk food but FREE she wants." Indignant Snort*... What??! I cant help it - it is just genetically S'porean! Anyway i had to be there before 10.30am to claim the McMuffins. I made it there 10.25am....phew*. Heehee. Whilst reading the papers, writing points on my to-do list, brainstorming for case study, eating breakfast and people watching - this homeless looking guy walked out carrying a nike sports bag. Then suddenly this guy chased after him shouting, "F**K you! Dont you walk away carrying my bag!!" The homeless looking guy just calmly returned him the bag and continued walking out. He probably does this time after time, day after day. Getting caught occassionally was but a normality to him. There is no thrill, no excitement, no fear registered on his face- just a shrug- which made me wonder how many times he has done this to reach this level of desensitization.

On the line of junk food - i drank my final ANCIENT can of A&W root beer. A&W is already extincted or on the verge of extinction anyway. They should keep A&W afloat for its floats (geddit geddit??!! afloat floats. ok.................................bad punt) and curly fries!!! Ohhhh....maybe i should have e-bayed the last can of A&W and cheated some bloke of his dollars instead of gulping it down! "kaching" $$!
